What areas do you service?
Based in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, we are licensed to operate in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Texas. We provide local in-person inspections as well as remote/virtual appraisal services, supporting assignments efficiently across this region.
How quickly can you complete an appraisal?
Most standard inspections and reports are completed within 24–72 hours. Expedited turnaround is available when needed.
What is included in your appraisal reports?
Our reports feature detailed damage assessment, high-quality photo documentation, repair or replacement estimates prepared in accordance with carrier guidelines.
Do you handle catastrophe (CAT) events?
Yes. We provide scalable virtual/desk CAT estimating for hail, storms, and other large-scale events, and deploy in-person on a case-by-case basis for high-volume loss assignments.
What technology and inspection methods do you use?
CCC ONE, Audatex, Mitchell, Guidewire, Claim Leader, Microsoft 365; virtual and photo-based inspections.

Accuracy is our standard. Our appraisals are thorough, consistent, and defensible; so much so that our firm and appraisers are frequently requested by name.
Do you assist with service recovery or reinspections?
Yes. With hands-on repair experience and a background in both shop and insurance carrier management, we quickly identify the root of the issue, resolve it efficiently, and help restore confidence in the process.
